The organization focuses on developing innovative medical services, products, including preventive treatments, by encouraging each hospital to develop innovations that meet their expertise and target groups, with support of 3 new departments : Center of Private Research and Innovation Accelerator (CPRIA), Phyathai Paolo Innovation Lab (PIL), and Center of Interactive Learning (CIL)
