Social media is often used as a means of harassing others, with hate speech and inappropriate messages. The Social Listening: Cyberbullying system searches, monitors and evaluates negative messages, then notifies responsible persons to control the spread and its source, and take corrective action in a timely manner. The system uses artificial intelligence (AI), natural language processing (NLP) and machine learning technologies to analyze and evaluate qualitative data as quantitative data. It reports the harassment in statistical form, and analyzes the emotional level and type and degree of harassment. The results are displayed in the form of an interactive dashboard.
