KidBright is a Coding and STEM Learning Enhancement Board. The design and development of the board integrate KidBright hardware and KidBright IDE software, with a focus on user-friendliness. It is suitable for students in senior primary and junior high-school levels, and particularly for students requiring special assistance. KidBright reduces the complexity of sensor connectivity that requires an extensive knowledge of electronics. The Device Manager function is developed to manage data transmission from sensors and other connecting devices, helping eliminate commonly encountered problems with embedded boards such as blocking of data transmission from sensors and more than one connecting device. KidBright has been created to educate students on how to write multi-tasking programs, and about IoT (Internet of Things). It features an easy-to-use IoT blog and KidBright IDE to facilitate new blogs developed by users, which are called "Plugins."
This innovation helps develop logical thinking processes in children and educates teaching personnel in new technologies, raising the educational standards of the country and encouraging the building of an innovation-based society.
